Paleo Diet Foods

The Paleo diet was inspired by the idea of eating the foods that early humans ate during the Paleolithic period. It focuses on eating unprocessed, natural, organic, real food. The Paleo foods list includes grass-fed meat, wild-caught fish and seafood, pastured eggs, organic vegetables, natural oils (coconut, avocado, olive) and a limited amount of organic fruits, nuts, and seeds. The Paleo diet does not include grains, legumes, or dairy. Some people who adopt a Paleo lifestyle do incorporate grass-fed butter or fermented raw milk.

Even if you don't follow a strict Paleo diet, you can benefit from eating these healthy, natural foods.
